1. This is the same argument used by communists when challenged with the mess that it caused in communist countries: "communism wasn't implemented correctly in those countries"! Yeah, right!

2. "I'm sorry you..." interesting choice of words. It's not about the person who is suffering. ie. it's not a personal issue. So let's not frame it like that.
